Awards
Projects that receive awards within the 8th TechXtile Challenge benefit from category-specific opportunities for business development, investor access and visibility. The competition results and the projects eligible to receive awards will be announced at the Award Ceremony.
Awards for the Top 3 Entrepreneurs
- Online training and mentoring support from the Bursa Technical University Technology Transfer Office (project preparation mentoring and effective presentation training)
- Patent application support from Starker Patent
- Opportunity to network with investment networks
- New company establishment award
- Professional coaching/mentoring support from BUTEKOM General Manager Murat KURTLAR, available over a one-year period (in three sessions)
- Opportunity for 3 selected participants to join the BİGG ULUKOZA acceleration programme, delivered through the training and mentoring services of Bursa Uludağ University Technology Transfer Office, to help entrepreneurial teams secure grant support under the TÜBİTAK 1812 Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Programme (*)
(*) These awards will be granted provided that the entrepreneur, academic or team meets the relevant eligibility requirements.
BUSİAD Award for the Top 3 Entrepreneurs
- Industry 4.0 consultancy provided by BUSİAD, within the framework of UTİB–BUSİAD collaboration, to the top 3 finalists in the Level-Up category of the TechXtile Challenge Design Competition
BOSİAD Award for the Top 3 Entrepreneurs
- One-on-one introduction and networking opportunities with industrialists for the owners of the top 3 finalist projects.
